The Environmental Department has approved a €22 million high-rise project along the Limassol coastline, paving the way for a new landmark development.
This ambitious project, spearheaded by P.G. Economides Properties Ltd, will rise to a height of 87 meters, offering a combination of office and commercial spaces. The building’s design includes 18 floors, a ground level, a mezzanine, a rooftop garden, and two underground basement levels.
The high-rise will cover a total area of 1,250 square meters, with a built-up area reaching 8,271.78 square meters. It will accommodate 146 parking spaces, including seven spaces specifically allocated for individuals with disabilities. Parking will be distributed across the basements, ground floor, and first level. Additionally, the project includes 20 bicycle parking spaces and 15 for motorcycles, highlighting its commitment to sustainable transportation options.
The building will be situated in a prime area that blends residential and commercial developments. To the east, it will neighbor a mixed-use project comprising residential and office spaces, while to the west, similar mixed-use buildings with residential and commercial units will form its backdrop.
The Vathias River, located just 77 meters east of the site, adds to the natural beauty of the vicinity. Meanwhile, the broader coastal area is characterized by its focus on tourism, featuring numerous dining establishments and leisure facilities. Griva Digeni Avenue, a key thoroughfare, lies only 68 meters west of the project, with the iconic Oval building situated 120 meters further west.
Once all required permits are obtained, the project is expected to be completed within 28 months. Its strategic location along the bustling Limassol coastline is anticipated to enhance the area’s appeal, contributing to both its economic and architectural landscape.
This development underscores Limassol’s continuous evolution as a vibrant hub for business and tourism, blending modern infrastructure with its dynamic urban setting.
