How many days do I need to view property in Cyprus?
Two full viewing days is the minimum. How many days to view property in Cyprus you really need depends on the trip: three or four is better on a first visit, because you also want time to drive the areas and see what a district feels like on a normal weekday.
-
Does MySpace charge for a property tour?
No. Our viewing service is free for the buyer, because our fee is paid by the seller or the developer. Flights and the hotel are booked and paid by you, and we help you choose both, so you are not staying an hour away from the properties on your list.
-
Can I view properties in Cyprus without flying there?
Yes. We run live video viewings on WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom, at a time that works in your time zone. An agent walks through the property while you ask questions, and afterwards we send the floor plan, the price list and the title-deed status.
-
Which airport should I fly into for a property tour?
Larnaca (LCA) is the better choice if you are viewing in Limassol or Larnaca. Paphos (PFO) is closer if you are looking in the west of the island. We collect you from either one, so book whichever flight suits your own dates and your budget best.
-
Do I need a lawyer during the property tour?
Not to view. You do need one before you pay a reservation deposit, and that is the point at which we introduce you to independent Cyprus lawyers. The first meeting is free, and the lawyer works for you alone, not for us and not for the developer.
-
Can I combine a property tour with a residency application?
Yes. Many clients view property and start the permanent residency process in the same visit, which saves a second flight. Our immigration guide covers what the application needs, and we fit the paperwork around your viewing schedule so nothing clashes.
