The building square footage of the plot (which is 705 sq. m.) is 1,269 sq. m. As the architect has advised us, 6 floors of an apartment building can be built. There is also the option of purchasing a preserved 254 sq.m. for transfer.
If and as long as 20% of the property is a residence or apartment, there is an option to increase the rate by 20%, i.e. another 190 sq. m. of building space. In the case of the use of renewable energy sources, i.e. photovoltaics, there is the possibility of increasing the coefficient in question for an additional 63 sq.m. In total, that is, the maximum number of square meters that can be built is 1776 sq.m. and all of floors 7 or 8.
